The Pound is situated in the heart of the beautiful Wye Valley and has a large private garden running right down to the river. The Pound has five spacious en-suite bedrooms - four doubles and one twin.

Our infamous breakfasts are served in our kitchen or ‘al fresco’ if the weather permits! Either way, the choice is yours of a full English or vegetarian option with hot crusty bread, tea and freshly brewed coffee. Carol can also knock up packed lunches if required.

Car parking, landing and launching your canoe on the river is free if you are staying at the Pound or campsite other wise fees would apply.

We cater for D&E Awards, scout and girl guides groups, canoe clubs, private party groups and are just a stones throw away from the popular wedding venue of Whitney Court.
